Positive: The apartment was exactly as the pictures, very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we required during our stay. The location was also very good, walking distance to the vieux port as well as a couple of bus stops nearby to explore more of Marseille.

Negative: The aprtment being on level 1 meant we heard all the noise from the street on Friday night. However it was not a big problem because the next few nights were quiet. Just a note to request an apprtment on a higher level if available.

Summary: We would definitely come back to this property.

Positive: Beautifully renovated apartment in the centre of Marseille. Excellent location close to shops and restaurants in the Old Port area. Lovely owners and wonderful staff - particularly the lady who manned the apartment.

Negative: Nothing - it was all great 👍🏼

Positive: The place feels luxurious, really comfortable bed, sheets covers etc - the kitchen is well equipped and it has some nice touches like the record player.

Negative: Smaller than it looks in the pictures. But that didn’t matter.

Positive: The localisation was perfect. The flat was new and well equiped. But it looks as if there was nobody for a long time.

Negative: It was not only dusty but sticky. The service was helpful but we had to organise a lot after we came.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful with a bank of windows looking out but not overlooked. The terrace was cleverly designed and lovely. Very stylish and uplifting space. The bed was comfortable. The shower good.

Negative: The shower door seal does not fit properly - it doesn’t seal tight so water pours out onto the floor which leaves a puddle to be cleaned up. The terrace of the apartment wasn’t clean and I had to sweep the floor (there were about 6 fag ends lying). The air conditioning system on the terrace was covered with dust and the external chairs were also dusty. I cleaned them with my wet wipes before sitting on them. Communication was difficult between hosts/me because of language barrier. It was better once what’s app communication was set up. Front door needs fixing. Very heavy to open. Kitchen surfaces although look beautiful are difficult to clean - there were no cloths for cleaning it.
