This nice studio has been lately renovated with lots of taste, giving high priority to full light. Fully equipped, perfectly suitable for 2 persons (and even more suitable for one couple and one baby with a baby crib that we can provide you on simple request)

Summary: Our second stay at the studio. Fantastic spot right on the lake in the lovely Duingt village with all you need. Safe parking and great WiFi for working. The agency are also incredibly helpful. We will be back.

Summary: Lovely apartment right on the lake with parking and all amenities nearby. Will be back! The photos cleverly showed the apartment looking like separate rooms however it is a studio so one single room with bed kitchen and living room, we loved it.

Summary: Sophie and Lola were very helpful, responsive and always very friendly. Our 2nd time staying at this location and both times have been excellent. Magic view across Lake Annecy and close to all facilities. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Great balcony - just need a lamp in the evening. Superb view of the lake and great access to swim there with our dog without having to go to a crowded beach. Great to have secured parking opposite building and steps underground road to access actual building. Not so easy with suitcases. Excellent bakery in the village. Attention with dogs : certain residents do not like dogs on the grass anywhere inside the gates - best to cross the road. However, no restrictions mentioned. Highly recommend and although a little expensive all cleaning included and well worth it. Remember to. book restaurants, order pizzas in advance by telephone to avoid long delays.

Summary: My stay here was cut short, due to construction on the beachfront, but the property manager promptly gave me the option to stay at another property. I do hope to come back to this studio because the views are unbeatable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Summary: Great little studio with an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The flat has everything you need, it’s ideal for a couple. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is practical. It does need air con though. The direct avenue access to the lake is amazing. It’s also close to some food shops and restaurants in Duing.
