Summary: Gorgeous property. Beautiful room. No English at reception and no hot water in room. Very mixed feeling about this place. By far the only place we stayed where we felt that no one cared we were there.

Summary: The grounds of the property are very pretty and we liked how the room was decorated, but, unfortunately, this didn't make up for the negatives. The bathroom was great, but the bed sheets had some stains and quite a few hairs, the carpet was also dirty in places. Additionally, we felt as if the staff member who checked us in could have been friendlier/more polite - they answered the phone in the middle of us talking, with no apology (some staff members were nicer though).
