Summary: Beautiful location, quiet and serene. Proper house with nice shared swimming pool. The adult bed had a personality, whenever someone turned on their other side, it squeaked so loud that it would wake you, definitely have to get used to that.

Summary: We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Les Givans with Catherine and Damien. They were very helpful if we needed them and Damien gave us indicators of where to visit and park and where things were. The gite was fully equipped with everything we needed, the swimming pool was amazing and everything was clean. We even enjoyed playing with their dog. The most amazing two weeks in a beautiful gite in a beautiful part of France. Thank you VRBO and Damien and Catherine. Karen and Gary

Summary: It is a nice guest house with shared pool for 4 to 5 people. If I return to the Ardeche, I would definitely be booking here again. The hosts are very friendly, and eager to help when needed.

Summary: Damien and Catherine are a delightful couple and very welcoming The apartments are very new and well equipped. Great pool. Walking distance to Les Vans which has some very good restaurants. Excellent area for wild swimming with many places nearby. Don't miss eating at the Olivier' Paiolive. which is also walking distance if energetic, and visit the Aven d' Orgnac which is simply breathtaking even for someone who does not like caves Word of warning if driving from channel ports do not go via Claremont Fernand as the last 50 miles is truly awful and takes over 2 hours. In short a great place and very recommendable
