Positive: Lovely little village, had food in a lovely place round. The corner that the host had recommended. Also the honesty bar (beer & champagne in the fridge) didn’t use it as had a drink out, but it was a nice touch had we been staying longer

Positive: The studio was gorgeous; it had everything we needed. Great location, we had been to Ay twice before and just love the town. Close to Epernay, we caught the but in for lunch, wonderful.

Positive: Very nice and cozy apartment with everything you need! Nice location with good connection to Epernay and Reims and there is a bakery and supermarket nearby. The town (Ay) just does not have a lot of restaurants and not much to do.

Positive: Great location in AY, just a short distance from Epernay. Pretty little town on the edge of lots of vineyards. Studio is fully equipped, has a great coffee maker and the best shower I’ve found in France. Milk, juice and water provided in the fridge, beer and champagne on offer as well. WiFi super fast. Lots of free parking a couple of minutes away. Recommend eating at 19Cent60 just up the street. Ay is worth spending some time in, and this is the perfect base.

Positive: Great location in Aÿ with a super responsive and kind host. The studio is quite small but it has absolutely everything needed to be independent. Separate kitchen and bathroom. Very well equipped, small but fully functional well kitted out kitchen, great bed and bedding. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi works well. Apartment is beautifully presented. A rustic interior courtyard available to sit and enjoy the sun or work at the table provided. Excellent security. Highly recommended.

Positive: We liked everything. The apartments are located in the very center of a small cozy town, however the place is very quiet and calm. No problems with parking. Very cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The town is also very cozy, it was nice to wander along the quiet streets.
