Positive: Cost is low, good location in the city, easy communication with host.

Negative: The bed sheets didn't look like they had been changed, we found a lot of body hair and hair on the sheets and pillows.. Personally I find this unacceptable and a fresh and clean bed is expected. At least the host let us know where we could find fresh sheets in the facility. Know that no one seems to be present in the building, it is an self checking. The instructions regarding parking are unclear. The English message we received before our arrival instructed us to park at a certain place nearby, but then when we asked for clarification, it seemed like it wasn't usually permitted. If you book this hotel make sure you clarify the parking situation beforehand.

Positive: The location was great, and they provided parking on site, which is very good in Quebec City. We stayed on the ground floor, which had an enormous space and a well-equipped kitchen. There were a lot of negative reviews on Google Maps, which made us a little reluctant to stay. However, we were very pleasantly surprised staying here. The staff was also very responsive.

Negative: The heating system in the apartment was slow, and the wooden blinds were very difficult to adjust.

Positive: We liked the price as we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay after disembarking from a cruise and before catching our return flight home. The home was cute and very clean.

Negative: I wish we could have dropped our bags off if the room was ready. There was no one there to greet us, it was difficult to contact anyone once we arrived. It was clear that breakfast not included but complimentary water or coffee/tea would be nice. They really should eliminate the B & B part of the title. There is a T.V. but you have to use your own Netflix or Prime login .

Summary: I would not stay here again. For a few more dollars we could've had more privacy & better amenities.

Negative: Top bunk in bedroom didn’t have a rail but used the super comfy new sofa bed in living room. BTW thé toaster isn’t working but everything else in kitchen was super.
