Positive: The location was the reason for our booking. The spa was a nice convenience. The room was spacious.

Negative: The pools advertised are not for hotel guests. You have to pay extra!!! It is the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We stayed at some amazing hotels on our trip. The quality of this hotel does not match the cost. It was the most expensive stay with the least amount of quality and amenities. The only reason they can ask for this price is because of the location. we also paid for an extra guest and they put in a third bed for us unfortunately, it was a very small bed, so it was not the most comfortable. The room was plenty big enough for a better size bed. It was a bit of a disappointment. Also, each bed only received one pillow. The quality of the linens were not the best, probably the least comfortable beds out of all of our stays on this trip.

Summary: Location is the reason to book this hotel.the pool costs extra!!

Positive: Ideally located, walking distance to American village. Nice big rooms, washing machine/dryer in the room. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Negative: We had a premier room which was in its own building but none of the facilities were there. The pool you have to pay to go in & the pool bar/cafe wasn’t open until 4pm. We ended up going to the beach which was cheaper than the pool visit & close by to shops/cafes for drinks & food. The room also had a balcony but no chairs to sit on the balcony so seemed a bit pointless really.

Summary: Lovely stay but some things could have been slightly better.

Positive: Breakfast was amazing. The size of our room was fantastic. I loved the foot bath and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet.

Negative: The mattresses were a too hard for my taste and comfort.

Positive: Superb Onsen. Great location, cleanliness and hospitality by offering complimentary ice pops, drinks and candy at the hotel lobby.

Negative: Rooftop swimming pool isn’t free of charge.

Summary: A great place to stay, especially on a stormy day.

Positive: Location is great. Just next to American Village. Large carpark. Spacious room.

Negative: 2 ppl stay but just refilled one bottle of water. Just a very thin pillow and uncomfortable. Seems a problem on the design of bedhead as it is not plain and I got my head hit twice.
