Positive: The setting is beautiful, with lovely views. The bedroom and en-suite were immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The small kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the table on the balcony was well used when eating our breakfast. We made use of the option to dine there in the evening and the food was glorious! Leonärdo and his mum are excellent cooks and we enjoyed local recipes and produce. My husband particularly enjoyed a swim every morning in the well appointed pool. There are so many areas to sit and relax on the property. Leonärdo is so welcoming and helpful,advising on places to visit and local amenities.

Positive: We booked 4 nights at Leonärdo guest house and we really enjoyed every moment of our stay. Leonärdo is such an exceptional host, we immediately received a warm welcome upon our arrival. He does everything in his power to make you feel at ease and without any worries. He knows his way around the entire province so his tips are spot on. From city visits to cultural activities and the best restaurants that fulfill your needs. Leonärdo and his mother also offer the option to eat dinner at the guest house, this is something you have to try! Their cooking is really good and tasteful. The rooms are very tidy and well equipped (air conditioning, coffee machine, fridge, cuttlery,...) and the pool is very clean. There's also a lot of space on the property with tables and chairs so you always have a (private) spot to relax or eat. You can sense that hospitality is in their blood and that they really take joy in offering their guests the best time. We would definitely return here when we're back in the Panicale neighbourhood.

Positive: Leonardo, his beautiful mumma and their entire family are the most incredible hosts you could ask for! They are so welcoming, you feel like you’re part of the family and we were so sad to say goodbye. The property is spectacular; an old stone house that has been lovingly restored by the family, nestled into the hill of a gorgeous old olive grove. The gardens are so charming with lots of places to sit and enjoy the endless views as well as the immaculately cared for pool. Leonardo and his mumma are the best cooks; we ate at their little restaurant almost every night and continued to be floored by the most delicious, authentic, food that they lovingly made for us each night. After which we would sit, drink wine, laugh and talk for hours about life. Leonardo was so generous sharing his recipes as well as giving us tips on places to visit nearby and also in other parts of Italy. Panicale is the closest town and an absolute must see. It has views in every direction, a little supermarket and a square where we often sat and enjoyed aperitivo. There are so many charming places to visit in this region, it will not disappoint. We cannot wait for our next stay with this beautiful family!

Positive: Leonardo was a fantastic host. Everything about the stay was great. On our final night we decided to enjoy at the place and enjoy a homemade meal cooked by him and his mom. Not only was the food delicious, but it was a very relaxing and enjoyable way to send us off on the end of our trip. Leonardo went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including dropping us off at the wedding we were attending. II highly recommend staying here!!

Positive: Leonardo was an excellent host. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. We also opted to do one of the family cooked meals - could not recommend enough. He also provided us with transportation around Panicale to a wedding we were attending at no extra charge. Cannot recommend him more.
