Positive: Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Had everything needed and good quality. The hotel was a wonderfully peaceful place to relax within the busy city.
Negative: No car access to front door may be an issue for some, but it was only a short walk and the staff helped us when we left, taking our luggage to a taxi they had arranged.

Positive: I did not have breakfast; it is not in the regular offer, so I cannot say anything about it. The staff is excellent, very accommodating and ready to help - I hope they are properly rewarded for their excellent work. Although rooms are small, they are very comfortable and very clean. Excellent work! It is a very good value for the money in comparison.
Negative: Well, the location is not the best, but it is OK. I was staying for a longer time, so TV made sense for me, but the TV in the room has no function. There are no local or satellite TV programmes; the YouTube app does not work (could not be installed), so only if you have your Netflix account, maybe you could have some use of it, but I did not try it as I do not have an account with Netflix. I would recommend to enable satelite TV with news and some documentaries as a basis.
Summary: Very good value for money with small but clean and comfortable rooms.

Positive: Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is newly constructed. We are a family of 4 and had two connecting rooms. Rooms were small but clean. Each room had a very small kitchen area. Water to drink is provided. The location is central, 12-15 minutes walking from the Fish Market and the jetty (number 1 and 7).
