Positive: I will return to this apartment for sure. Location is perfect. very close to beaches and clubs (5min walk). The old town is walking distance 10min. It is an old house in the best part of Split with a newly reconstructed and stylish apartment. Looks like famous people live in this neighborhood. Feeling is great... I liked the garden very much and TV set with fancy surround system is a great add-on. The host is very helpful too. We loved the best restaurant in Split which is 5min walk from the apartment. Fish dedicates there were really amazing. Looks like they have some famous chef there... I rate the place with 5 starts as it really deserves it...Recommendation for sure! You will like it too I am sure....

Positive: The location is really great, close to the beach and in Split centre. The terrace is also a big plus. The apartmant is really beautifull. New beds which are super comfortable. Basicly all in the apartmant is new which we were suprised with.

Positive: Excellent apartment with nice garden. This looks like a secret pearl of Split center accommodation. This is newly reconstructed apartment in old elite suburb of Split. It has unique lemon and orange threes garden. The ceilings are very tall and apartment is very stylish. It has latest Samsung TV set with subwoofer. Location is perfect, 5min to the beaches 10 minutes to the old town 5 minutes to night clubs... I give it five stars fro sure.... It is probably free as it has just recently been opened after reconstruction has been finished....

Positive: Very special apartment. We had a feeling whole old house is ours as there is only one flat above. It has a nice lemon and orange tree garden. It is situated perfectly. 5min walk to the beaches and 10min walk to city center. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. It looks like this is one of elite districts of Split. The Host was amazing... We will be back here for sure.

Positive: This is our second visit to Split. We like it very much. This apartment is amazing. The host is wine expert and we reallllyyy liked her advice about Croatian wine & dine. There is a perfect high end restaurant 5min walk by the sea. WE LOVED IT... Croatian seafood is amazing. But be careful. You must search for the very best restaurants if you want fresh fish cooked perfectly well.... Must say we were surprised with high end TV and subwoofer system in this apartment... I recommend it...
