Positive: The house is super cozy, having a beautiful garden we loved staying on the terrace. Internet connection was fast, we were able to work from there but in the same time, the village with it's calmness recharges your batteries. The location is perfect for cycling or visiting the Transfagarasan road.

Positive: Location was incredible. A small village near the mountains. The host Richard met us and gave us the keys and was super helpful with information about the house, its rich family history, and surrounding areas. He was warm and welcoming. The house is entirely private from the street (driveway is enclosed by a gate) and neighbors, is secure, and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed much longer! It is a short drive from the famous Transfagarasan Road, also close to other villages of interest, not to mention creeks, rivers, and forest hikes. The village market is a few hundred meters from the home, along with a pharmacy. The home gives a wonderful look into small Romanian village life with young and old people dotting the roadsides in the evenings watching and waving to people passing by. The house boasts a huge backyard, great for kids, with cherry and apple trees and raspberry bushes. The house has updated/new amenities and appliances, beautiful decorations, and is incredibly clean. It is fully furnished with everything you could possible need for a short or long stay. This is a fantastic home and we would give it an 11/10 if we could. Bravo!

Negative: The absence of Grandmother who is gone from us. He was a special, wonderful person. For those of us who knew her, we missed her. Otherwise, I found everything perfect as on the previous visit
