Negative: The hot tub was dirty. Would not use. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every dog bark or rooster crow on the block like it was right outside

Positive: Wonderful little house, comfortable and practical. Lovely beds. Nice hot tub.

Negative: The location in town was surprisingly noisy all night long. It looks like a quiet residential area but it's quite a party place. I am not personally bothered by noise at night but my friend found it difficult to sleep. I would still recommend the place but suggest ear plugs if you need quiet at night.

Positive: Location was great, very comfortable but only stayed one night. Bedrooms were large and beds were nice. Private Hot Tub was an added bonus.

Positive: Spacious home, very comfy beds, great location, cute yard and parking included. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice front porch with chairs and a table.

Negative: I wonder if it's sustainable to heat a hot tub for 24/7 the entire year. I imagine it costs tons of energy - Perhaps add a water boiler in the kitchen - Interior needs some touch-ups cosmetically.

Positive: Location is great. You can walk everywhere and do not need a car . Everything was very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Negative: The property is old, the furniture and appliances are old and the whole thing needs COMPLETE remodeling. The kitchen is minimally equipped ( for exemple lack of drying rack for the dishes) . The microwave is on its last ride ( full of rust inside). There is very low water pressure. The shower head in the bathtub has seen better days and needs replacement. Of course the windows are old and you can hear everything that’s going on in the street but thanks to the A/C being so loud , you don’t notice so much in the end… There is no lights in the garden/patio in the back of the house which makes it useless at tonight. We had to eat on the front porch.

Summary: Comfortable but in dire need of TLC…
