Positive: Good value, a simple hotel a bit hidden away but with Google maps it's easy to find. 5-10 min walk from Huai Khwang MRT

Negative: Hotel staff is not cooprative with the geast and they do not know how to communicate with guest. Hotel staff do not know single english ward to communicate with guests therefor we had to strugle when communicating with hotel staff. eventhough they cllaim the room to be triple bed room to occupy by three people, facilities were availablr for two guest only.

Positive: I booked 5 days, i was given a room with a view of the neighbor window. Not nice. I requested to be transferred, Gave me a better room for the remaining 2 nights. Front desk person was nice, even if we communicated with limited English. I also accidentally left a paperbag at the lobby, but surprisingly i still got it back hours later. It felt secure. There is a very good public pool near the place.

Negative: It's not modern nor a resort. Some parts of the room are dilapidated, old. The room window facing the neighbour terrace. The pool is small and doesn't look like the water filter is running. The hotel is at the back alley facing the canal. The balcony door lock is broken in the two rooms i slept in.

Summary: Not modern, not a resort you're expecting - but passable for the amount you pay.

Positive: Affordable prices, has a swimming pool, the room has everything, not far from metro.

Negative: Customer service is none existent at this place. None of the staff members speaks any English, for Bangkok this is poor, what's even worse? they are not even trying to communicate and meet your requirements, instead all are trying to blush you off as much as possible. For me staying almost two weeks, they openly lie that they could not find me a room that does not face the neighbour's wall because they are all long term tenants, when I met other tourists got rooms with view. This place can ruin your holiday and not worth the money, even if it is cheap.
