Summary: Let's start from the bottom line - this is an excellent hotel! Its staff is great and constantly makes you feel like you are the most important and special guest, its location is excellent - right next to Siam Station, which is a short golf cart ride (a hotel service) from the hotel. The room was connected to the lounge on floor 32, which was a great experience in itself, the breakfast is crazy!!! The room is sparkling clean and every evening a little surprise was waiting for us on the bed. In short - a must try!

Summary: Managed to get an upgrade for free to a junior suite which was huge and well presented. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the facilities are amazing. The pool is always in the sun and the restaurant has an amazing selection

Summary: I have stayed in many of Bangkok’s top luxury hotels, and I can honestly say that Chatrium Grand Hotel Bangkok stands out in a truly exceptional way. While the hotel may not be one of the newest properties in the city — I have stayed in recently opened hotels that still have that “brand-new” freshness — the level of cleanliness here is simply outstanding. From the rooms, to the lobby, elevators, and pool area, everything is maintained to a remarkable standard. The swimming pool is, in my opinion, one of the best in Bangkok. It may not offer the most spectacular views, but it is beautifully designed, located in a quiet area, and perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and unwinding in peace. Everything feels calm, elegant, and impeccably clean. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff. The service is absolutely excellent — always warm, smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. And the breakfast is simply incredible. The variety is impressive, everything is fresh, and the buffet is constantly refilled. There is never a moment when something is missing — it is immediately taken care of. I have stayed in other very expensive five-star hotels in Bangkok where empty dishes were left unattended, but here the attention to detail is on another level. This was not my first stay at Chatrium Grand, and it certainly won’t be my last.
