Positive: What a find!The photos give a hint of what you'll find but once you're there it's even more special. Lovely welcoming and friendly group of people living around the rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. We hadn't picked up that there was a BBQ outside every room, so it is possible to cook for yourselves. Just make sure you pick up groceries on your way in as you are in the middle of nowhere and the little store at Marble Canyon doesn't have any fresh meat / veg in stock. Great spot from which to do Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe bend and other attractions around Page.

Negative: Having to leave!

Summary: A unique, peaceful retreat amongst incredibly beautiful scenery

Positive: The rooms were perfect especially with the adjoining kitchen, the staff were very helpful and friendly, we were close to Lee ferry recreation area where boats take people up to horseshoe bend to kayak back down the river, and only 45 minutes from page where we toured the antelope canyon!!!

Positive: Location was amazing. Driving in when the su; was low, the rocks turned a crimson color! Outstanding,

Negative: Would have been nice to have food options. We were tired and ready to collapse and food options were limited.

Summary: I would enjoy going back with time to explore the area. Amazing landscape.

Positive: The location is remote but the views are incredible. They are also very dog friendly.

Negative: Unfortunately, the shower pressure in our room was very low.

Positive: I loved the cuteness of the place. It had a cowboy theme. It was cozy. Considering it was in the middle of nowhere great value.

Negative: There was dust on the curtains. The towels were a little dingy.
