Positive: I went to Lee Design Hotel once before, and it was excellent. It seems like they added a lot of new technology within the last year to make the experience even better. The price and location just can't be beat for those wanting to travel to places like Everland, the nearby Folk Village, or Suwon without hotel hopping every day. The bathtub is also amazing after a cold day at Everland.
