Positive: The room was clean and spacious. The staff cleaned the bathroom and sleep area daily and front desk personnel were able to assist with questions at all hours.

Negative: Elevator closed very fast, a little scary when entering with a stroller.

Summary: Overall we had a lovely stay and would book again.

Positive: Location of the hotel is very convenient. Bus stop directly to the airport is very close as well as the subway. Surrounding areas us quite and windows were did not let any noise to come. Especially appreciated big bath in the room with separate shower.

Negative: The sofa was very dusty and for sensitive people it might cause a lot of sneezing and not a good smell in the room. Some small issues might spoil overall impression. Sometimes chargers in the room did not work or on the blankets you might find staints. If you absolutely not friends with Korean, you should prepare your translator app in advance.
