One of the most convenient features is the parking space provided by the host. Although it's an uncovered spot, it's a significant added value, especially in an area where parking can be a challenge. The services available in the vicinity are top-notch, making everything from dining to shopping a breeze. Given all that Le Topaze offers, including the low price compared to the market, I wouldn't be surprised if the host decided to increase the rate. It's truly a great deal for the quality and amenities provided. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Negative: While my stay at Le Topaze was overall fantastic, if I had to point out one critique, it would be the abundance of knick-knacks and decorative items in the house.
