Positive: I loved the location would have preferred 1st floor as I do like to sleep with open windows which wasn’t possible at ground level. Lots of parking nearby. Loved the sauna&shower, very nice and comfy bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and fab wifi.

Negative: I don’t like WCs without wash hand basins as it’s not hygienic and the bathroom being right at the far end. As the laundry area is just on the other side of the wall a very small one could have been installed. I also didn’t appreciate the complicated process of payment not made clear by booking.com once booking confirmed in green. And discrepancy of checking in stated 16-20hrs when I was then told not before 17ths. And the price and deposit which wasn’t made clear. I still don’t know how much and when I’ll get reimbursed. The rental cost was stated as £255.98 but my Amex was debited £599.67!?This needs to be bettered “synchronised and made clearer and easier.

Negative: There was no Wi-Fi, it didn't smell fresh, the bed covers were not fresh, the coffee machine didn't work, and there was not enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay
