Positive: The location is superb. Private and secluded, yet just a few minutes away from the shops, bars and restaurants in Eymet. The views across the open countryside are beautiful. The heated pool has gentle steps for easy access. Luxurious and comfortably furnished throughout, the air conditioning is welcome when the weather is hot outside.

Positive: This is a very special property which is perfectly located for the beautiful area of Eymet! Upon arrival we were greeted by Patrice who was warm and friendly and we were blown away on the views and the standard and facilities of the gite!

Negative: Nothing! Everything was Perfect!

Positive: The property has everything you require for a perfect stay. Sadly the pool wasn’t working when we were there in late May so it might be worth checking with that owner that it it before booking. All said, Patrice is a lovely host. It’s also worth noting that a deposit I was taken against the property without anything stating this was going to happen on booking.com T&Cs. Patrice fixed this problem but it took 7-9 days via his management company to return the money.

Negative: Nothing apart from the pool not working

Positive: Everything was perfect. Location fantastic, short drive to the nearest town. Totally peaceful overlooking fields and woods - getting to watch the deer every morning & evening was lovely. The house was so homely and has everything you need. The hot tub, pool and sauna were an amazing bonus. The owners were great and very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

Positive: Truly magnificent, elegant gite. All on the ground floor with huge covered terrace, pool and parking close by. Very comfortable bed and furnishings, excellent walk-in shower. Very well equipped kitchen with all the gadgets. Air conditioned throughout, perfect for a September heatwave. And the owner makes his own wine....
