Summary: We had a really great time in this apartment. The lake view was mesmerizing, giving a feeling of calmness. Everything was clean upon arrival with all facilities provided as described. For sure recommend this one.

Summary: We had a great 10 day stay in Acquaseria in March. The weather was fantastic and our apartment was the perfect location for exploring the Lake Como area. Everything about the apartment was as presented and Adrian and Anna were very prompt and courteous in answering any questions we had. They are great landlords! The view from the living room is even better than the pictures. We were lucky enough to be there during a full moon, and the moon rising over Balleno on the opposite shore was fantastic. Public transportation is not a problem and you soon get to know the friendly people at Bar Carlo where you can buy bus tickets. The local wine shop is a hoot and buying very good wine from a tap still puts a smile on my face. Rosanna will soon become your best friend in town. Give Adrian a call and go for it! You'll have a great time.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay in Acquaseria recently, the Apartment was perfect for us and our 7 year old son. The owner Anna was so helpful throughout the booking, especially with an issue we had prior to the holiday. She couldn't do enough to help and gave us lots of useful information. The Apartment itself is well equipped with everything you might need, very clean, cosy and we loved the view from the balcony - it was a little haven after a busy day out sightseeing. The local feel of the area added to our stay as we didn't feel like tourists at all - the local people were so friendly including the managers of the apartment who were nearby if we needed them. We had a car but there is a very good bus service and you can even walk to other little villages and towns including the beautiful Menaggio. Make sure you take a walk up the hill to St Martino if you are OK with hills and steps - it starts just across the road from the apartments - the views are well worth it and you can pick up lots of other walks en-route. We have already made recommendations to friends and family, we also hope to return again ourselves.
