Summary: We stopped here on our journey from SW France to Northern England. Its in a perfect position north of Rouen just off the main road. The couple who own it are perfect hosts who do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The place is kept spotlessly clean and the beds are comfy. We had an evening meal which with wine was really nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included in the room rate and we had fresh croissants, warm bread, homemade jams, ham and cheeses etc. We will certainly be staying here again and cant recommend it enough.

Summary: Perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. Room great size and very comfortable. Optional dinner was so lovely. Breakfast with home made cakes gorgeous. Lovely soothing jazz music in the background. Such a lovely place with such kind hosts. Thank you and see you again.

Summary: Le Phenix is a well maintained property and our hosts were so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were excellent. The house was very quiet overnight and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was fantastic, lovely bread and jams, carrot cake, cheese and ham on offer. We would highly recommend the property and thought it was excellent value.
