Positive: The little house was impeccably clean, warm, well equipped kitchen & thoughtfully laid out. It’s at the end of a small road which continues down a rural lane, so perfectly peaceful & private.

Negative: It took us an hour to find, as the address given by booking.com + the code were wrong, leading us to the neighbour who told us happens all the time & directed us to the little gite ! The owner sent me a message , a few hours before our arrival , with the correct address &. PIN code, but as we were en route I didn’t have a signal. However, when we called him he very helpfully gave us the correct key code. But the key safe was so well hidden …. the kind neighbours eventually found it !

Summary: Such a delight to find a lovely, comfy little gite that has been so thoughtfully arranged.Thank you❣

Positive: Self-contained and wonderfully quiet, with everything we needed.

Negative: The bathroom is a little bit of a squeeze, and couldn’t get any hot water from the sink, but the shower was lovely and warm.

Positive: Secure parking. Quiet location. Had everything you needed, however, we were only there for one night.

Negative: We were sent an email from Booking.com a couple of days before we started our holiday. This had the code for the key lock. When we got to the property, the code did not work. After 30-45 mins we got hold of the owner and he gave us a different code. He said he had sent an email to us earlier on in the day, however, we had no internet and so we did not get the email. We would suggest that the code is sent a couple of days before people arrive.

Summary: The place is exactly what we we wanted and we enjoyed the overnight stay.
