Summary: The hotel is located in a good area and the rooms are very spacious. They include a kitchen, a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a terrace, which makes it a great option for a long stay. However, since my arrival I noticed that the staff at the reception have never been particularly friendly; in fact, they have often been quite impolite. The only exception was a gentleman who I believe works at the hotel restaurant — he was genuinely kind and very helpful. The worst part of my experience, though, was the smell in the room. I believe it was coming from the carpet. It was extremely strong and even got into my clothes. I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this because I’ve read similar comments from other guests. I don’t know if it’s due to the cleaning products they use or something else, but it was really unbearable.

Summary: Hotel was good and conveniently located, but the mandatory valet parking was a ripoff. $70 per night! Really? Ridiculous. That was more than I paid for the car rental itself.

Summary: Be careful of all the hidden fees and RESORT fees. Your company may not accept all the itemized extras. The hall ways are dark and dingy. Spooky. The stairs don't exit to the street. Don't use the stairs. Filthy street and unsafe. The breakfast place is very delicious. But a long long line in the morning. Will not return to this place.
