Positive: Wonderful location, in walking distance to all sights and amenities. Also, the apartment was spacious and comfortable with lots of room to unpack and spread out. Appreciated having the washing machine.

Negative: The air conditioner is in the dining area, far from the bedroom and as a result was ineffective in keeping us comfortable at night. The check in and check out processes were not well communicated and the host was not easy to reach quickly through the messaging system. Had we a phone and could speak French fluently, it might have been easier.

Positive: The apartment was large and had everything we needed. They even included some extras like sugar, tea, hot chocolate, apple sauce, and more. The location was perfect. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. It was an easy bus ride from the airport. They even arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment when they learned that our phone doesn’t work without wifi.

Negative: Everything was perfect. A small annoyance was that there were a few places in the apartment that were not completely level and we had to remember to step up or down when going into certain rooms.

Positive: Very nice amenities. Shower and bathroom are awesome. Bed is very comfortable. Balcony has excellent views. Location location location!!!

Negative: Not the apartment but the access is very dark and dreary. The elevators aren’t great

Positive: Extremely comfortable apartment, literally a minute from the central metro station Jean Jorres. 5 minute walk to the beautiful central square Capitol, 15 minute walk to the bridge Pont Neuf. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedroom is comfortable and the terrace is perfect for your morning coffee while looking down on the beautiful old center of Toulouse and the Pyrenees in the distance. We are very pleased!
