Positive: Very nice hotel, if not the nicest ever! Decoration perfectly fit the old water mill and is beautiful.
Negative: Their meal selection was poor, besides a cold plate served at the evening (and repeated on breakfast) - the selection was not something I would expect from such a luxury boutique hotel.

Positive: Tranquil. Stunning. Exceptional service. Very intimate. Continental breakfast was very good.
Negative: Google Maps can’t easily locate it. Can order eggs for breakfast but each time they came lukewarm to cool. Hot water in shower was not hot enough. They need patio umbrellas on their lounge terrace. Dinner was very good, not exceptional (for the price).

Positive: What a pleasure it was to stay here. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the hotel’s public areas and our room was beautiful. Also, the staff were so welcoming to our dog, which is so important if, like us, you take your pet everywhere.
