Summary: It was a one night stop over while travelling from south to north. We were upgraded to a lovely room. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Weather very disappointing, obviously no fault of the hotel.

Summary: This is a fabulous property with notable food (one rosette Michelin star and soigne cuisine) and an enchanting setting on a stream with sn active mill. The gardens, patios and interiors, including the room are charming and comfortable. Gracious and helpful staff...truly a magical spot.
