Positive: Breakfast was good. Location was good, but difficult to get to.

Negative: Need charging station for EVs. Need facility to have guest vehicles washed.

Positive: The staff were exceptional .. starting from the reception to housekeeping , and restaurant. The property is beautiful, well maintained and serene. A word of caution to senior citizens .. some uneven terrain walking required ..u can avail the buggy service though . Special shout out to Sam , Akshay and Abey at the restaurant

Positive: The stay was excellent. Place was good, the ambience is brilliant surrounded by mountains. Weather was brilliant as we traveled in December. The place is deep inside. Access is a little challenge as you need to hit through the tea garden and mountains. If you are planning to go with children they have a lot of activities, both indoor and outdoor. Food was good. Ensure you remind the veg part every time to avoid confusion. Unless you are a seasoned driver, self driving is not recommended. Best access is via Cochin, approx 120 kms and 3.5 to 4hrs on road.

Negative: The only challenge is internet. It is very poor.

Positive: Beautiful property and grounds with stunning views (if the clouds clear!). Comfy beds, friendly staff. Food was generally good but we suspect we caught food poisoning from the buffet dinner which disrupted our stay. Massage facilities great.

Negative: The resort is very high in the mountains on steep and bumpy roads, so getting out for the day takes time (20 mins down to Munnar). The hotel had very few activities/excursions - we had to arrange these ourselves (no cycling as advertised - bikes could only be used on the resort grounds, the trekking was only once a day at 7am for 30-45 mins etc). Also note - there is no bar, so no alcohol available to purchase.

Summary: Beautiful hotel but needs some improvement on excursions to make the stay worthwhile.

Positive: The staff is very friendly and they definitely want to give you the best experience. The facility is very beautiful and in a very well maintained condition.

Negative: The food was good quality but I was underwhelmed by the spread (different options to choose from). I won't say I didn't like it but if you are staying longer than a couple of nights then it can get repetitive.
