Positive: This place is beautiful! The room was wonderful, new, clean and super well appointed. But, to be honest, don’t stay here for that. Stay here for the host!!! She is wonderful, thoughtful and kind. She makes the best croissants and pastries for your breakfast. She communicates and fusses over you to ensure you have what you need and are comfortable. I cannot give enough stars!!!

Positive: What a hidden gem Le Mirage was. The host and staff could not have been more helpful, from offering us coffee on arrival to tips on where to go and where to eat. The onsite breakfast was a real treat. The spacious rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thanks Andrea for your hospitality.

Positive: + Small hotel with a big soul, thanks to the owner Andrea. He treats guests like his friends, sincerely helps in everything, always online and is often in the hotel. You see that for Andrea it is his favorite project! + Our room was clean, comfortable, nice and light, with new furniture and recent renovation. Despite the proximity to the road, we did not hear the noise from there even with the window open. In the room there is a small fridge with two bottles of water, and in the corridor there is a common large fridge with a freezer. We really liked the presence of mosquito nets on the windows in the room and even in the bathroom + Bathroom was new and light, with large shower box with top and bottom shower + The standard breakfast was only sweet, but Andrea found out that we prefer a salty breakfast and made panini especially for us. Incredible customer focus! + The breakfast room is open at any time: there you can eat your own food (and heat it in the microwave) or buy semi-finished products (Andrea offers several first and second courses), which is very convenient for Italy, where restaurants are open during the day only for two hours + All public spaces are decorated in a chivalrous style, especially the beautiful breakfast room + Privat parking is free and there are always free spaces + Nearby is a supermarket (800 meters from the hotel) + If you love animals you will like Andrea's assistant (cat Atena) who often receives guests, but doesn’t enter the rooms, so don't worry about hygiene

Negative: - Our room wasn’t very spacious: we didn’t have enough space to open 2 suitcases - Parking isn’t very convenient - small and on the exit from the hill - Poor noise isolation between the room and the corridor. Particularly noisy during morning clining when the staff speaks loudly, so if you want to sleep longer it can be a problem - Small defects like a spot on the pillowcase, one of the bedside tables had no free outlet, too soft pillows, uncomfortable shelves in the bathroom, the shower stall leaked and the upper shower must be cleaned - We had to go outside to pass from our room to the breakfast hall, it could be a problem on a rainy day - For access to the hotel it is very important not to miss the desired turn, first on confusing road junctions and then on a busy road where the hotel is located

Positive: The property was clean, modern and well put together and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cake by the host’s mother. This was a bargain of a stay for a nice facility. And the host was incredible!!! So Andrea, the Host, the most generous, genuinely nicest person I’ve ever met! He bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed! (Even older American tourists who need lots of help, hahaha!) He worked tirelessly from morning to evening and still was the most pleasant person you could possibly have for a host! My husband and I would go back just to see Andrea again! 😁 we wish you many blessings for a happy and prosperous future Andrea! (Tell your mom the dairy and gluten free cake was delicious!) Positive: The stay was wonderful! The place is very comfortable and made me feel at home from the very first moment. Andrea is an amazing host – super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: right in front of the hospital, just a few steps from the university, and with great public transport connections, making everything very practical and convenient. Highly recommended!
