Positive: We were cycling and en route from paris to London This place was on the vélo route - near a very small town - quiet comfortable clean and incredibly peaceful The jacuzzi was great after a long day in the saddle We bought food and some treats which we enjoyed there in the evening sun Severine was a fab host

Negative: Kitchen is quite limited - a microwave and fridge but for us knowing that it was not an issue

Positive: Very spacious room and bathroom. Fresh breakfast. We chose this location at the last minute and it was important to have breakfast. The google navigation helps a lot to get to this place. Very secluded location. There is a restaurant in the neighbourhood of 4-8 km.

Negative: We would rather prefer not so soft bed.

Positive: We have just returned after a wonderful stay at Le Manoir de Séverine. The gite we rented was immaculately clean and very spacious and comfortable. Bed linen and towels absolutely hotel quality. The sanitary facilities and facilities new or in new condition, but above all very nicely styled for lovers of rural and shabby shic. In terms of location, the beautiful historic Manoir (the oldest part dates back to the 16th century) is very rural and quiet, ideal for lovers of peace and quiet and especially animals. With horses, 4 goats, a donkey and 4 dogs and 10 cats, this is a true paradise for those seeking peace and unconditional affection. The very sweet and quiet animals visit your gite and even come in when you ask them, it is a warm bath for the animal lover. Severine, the owner is a very friendly, charming and empathetic hostess who has single-handedly renovated the domain to its current state. Current works include a banquet hall with adjoining kitchen, ideal for anyone who has something to celebrate with a private group of friends and family (wedding, weekend with friends, company outing). Catering options and local culinary options can be arranged on request. We would love to come back again! The only downside: If you like hard partying, a lot of noise and commotion and don't care about animals, travel on!

Positive: Huge, contemporary and very clean apartment with good facilities. Séverine is probably the friendliest and most helpful host I've ever met. Her lovely dogs and other animals are equally friendly.
