Positive: The location near the central station. The luxury facilities. The crew was very kind, tolerant and helped me a lot with information about the city and another questions and things I needed to.

Positive: Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. breakfast was aweaome. The staffs were very helpful.

Negative: it was difficult to reach the hotel with the baby stroller as there were road work in progress, we need to go around the hotel to reach the hotel entrance.

Positive: It was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the restaurant option was nice to have. It was also close to the metro which made it easy to get around.

Negative: This was more due to the timing of our trip (during Cannstatter Volksfest), but we were unable to get connecting rooms- the staff tried very hard to accommodate that though.

Summary: Lovely stay, with very helpful staff, clean rooms, and nice facilities.

Positive: The hotel was lovely! It was nice having a full tub in the bathroom, and the room itself was very spacious. We were in walking distance to a beer garden and the Hauptbahnhof, so the location was nice as well.

Negative: If you’re walking from the Hauptbahnhof, you’ll walk upstairs to cross a bridge and then at the property you’ll go downstairs again. There’s not an outdoor elevator to get in the lobby. It’s just a little inconvenient if you’re carrying large luggage.
