Summary: The front desk agents were excellent for check-in and checkout. The room was nice but the current trend of not having a door to the bathroom, as well as a (frosted) glass door to the toilet were not to my liking and I hope they go away quickly. The breakfast buffet was not worth the 33 Euros each as many items appeared to be somewhat not fresh. Particularly some cheeses and fruits were beyond their prime. The breakfast knocked an otherwise 5 star rating to 4.

Summary: The room was very nice and the hotel had a nice feel to it. However the communication with the staff was a little difficult. We were told our room would be ready in 10-15 minutes and had to wait for 2 hours before it was ready. We also had asked to get a tray picked up from our room and when returning we found the tray was still there. The food from the restaurant was great though!
