Positive: A wonderful apartment located in the city center, close to all the important sites. The apartment is not large but spacious, the bed is comfortable, the shower is a bit small but comfortable, the apartment has a lovely private courtyard. Without a doubt, I would return to this apartment again.

Negative: At the entrance to the apartment, you have to climb about 8 narrow steps, which should be taken into consideration for those with physical limitations. You also have to climb several steps to reach the kitchenette. The sofa in the living room has seen better days.

Positive: the owner was in touch with us the whole time by text. We got specific instructions with photos of where the drop box was and how to enter the building and what to do when we left. they were very helpful and always available.

Positive: The attention to detail in the rooms and on property were all very appreciated. Hosts were lovely and helpful. The breakfast offered is perfect including a taste of Bretagne with petite crepes. Highly recommend this charming place.

Positive: The location is the best thing about this property. Very central to lots of shops, bars and tourist attractions.

Negative: We chose this property because it had outside space shown looking well tended in the promo photos. We would have had to give the seating and table a good clean before using it. There was a general air of disappointing neglect outside. The toilet seat was held on by one fixing and the flush mechanism had lost its casing exposing a plastic catch to use when flushing the loo. Entering the property there was a strong smell of damp leading up to the kitchen and living room. The living room door could not be closed because the sofa was too big, this was disappointing because closing the door would have kept the smell of damp at bay and made the room cosier. The fitted sheet did not fit the mattress and came away at the corners as soon as the bed was in use. The kitchen equipment would have made self catering a big challenge. Generally this could be a very good property as a base if time and effort was put into bringing it up to a suitable standard to enjoy.
