Positive: We liked the Hammam, the huge balcony, the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable sitting area. The beds were comfortable and the aircon efficient.
Negative: I find a duvet too hot but need something to sleep under. There was no sheet so I had to take the duvet cover off and use it as a sheet. Then I was able to sleep without aircon, which saves money and the planet.
Summary: We had all we needed and Brian was very helpful, thank you!

Positive: Location was exceptional, quiet and short walk from train stations, shops and prom. Host was amazing and made sure everything was prefect for out stay - the views and balcony were amazing
Negative: Nothing at all, we'd book again if we ever return to Nice. Highly recommend this apartment to explore Nice and surrounding areas

Positive: Clean and spacious. Daylight blockers to give you good rest during the night. Loved the steam shower. Short walk to train station which takes you to all major places. Morning sun on the balcony.

Positive: The location was great—only a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and lovely restaurants, cafes, attractions, and the seafront. The apartment was amazing, spotless, and very comfortable. The air conditioning, steam sauna shower, and lots of other mod cons made it very pleasurable. There were great balconies to look out from and a lovely BBQ to use.

Summary: Perfect place to stay, lots of room and great for a couple or family. Best place I've ever stayed.

Positive: We liked the location, close to restaurants and supermarket, and not far from the train station. And the street is very quiet. And the apartment is very spacious and bright, very comfortable and well equipped. The host is friendly and reachable by phone.
Negative: One negative point was the lack of a bidet in the bathroom and also a clothes dryer, because although there is a balcony to hang clothes, on rainy days the clothes do not dry easily. I also missed a large mirror in one of the bedrooms and there was no full size pillow, just square pillows.
