Positive: Wonderful apartment! Beautiful interior design and fully equipped - it had everything you could need and more. The host was very communicative and helpful. If I ever return to Nice, I will definitely stay in the same place.

Positive: The place is exactly the same as in the pictures. It is not too spacious - except for the balcony - but is very thoughtfully planned and designed. And CLEAN. You have quite enough space for cooking and dining, a very comfortable bathroom with a window, a comfortable bed and a niche for storage with a plenty of hangers and a place for your suitcases. Kitchen utensils and equipment are better than in my rather equipped house) What's more, the shelfs are filled with spices, shugars (brown and white), exclusive teas, capsules for the coffee machine and whatever else like vinegars, maio, stock cubes - and many other packs I have not checked) The balcony is a green terrace with outdoor furniture, chaise longue, and - I suppose - a grill) Actually, the appartment is a part of a villa with a high level of safety and privacy, with a garden (sofas, lighting) in a calm street in 50 meters from Gambetta. About 15 minutes to the sea, nice loсal shops and bakeries, several minutes to the train station, easy access, fantastic host who will ask you is everything OK and do you need something. Oh, and we've found several bottles of water, a bottle of fine wine and meringues when arrived) I'm visiting Nice 2-3 times a year and this place was perhaps the best choice over the years. Highly recommended for a pair or a single traveller, the best choice for this price.

Positive: The property was absolutely beautiful. Could tell that the host put a lot of time and love into making the space as welcoming and homey as possible. There was a small kitchen, porch, and laundry which made it very comfortable and easy.

Negative: Was at least a 30min walk to the old part of Nice, the beach, and the rest of the places we wanted to explore. The hot water heater was small making back to back showers not possible but we were warned before our stay.

Summary: Loved our stay and would absolutely return and recommend to others

Positive: I had a great stay here. The apartment is newly renovated, cozy, and really well thought out. It had everything I needed, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel at home. The balcony is lovely — perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It’s also a great base to explore Nice from, with everything within easy reach. Olivier was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth. Would definitely come back!
