Positive: The apartment is close to the center, good access to the port. The instructions for opening the key box were clear, everything went smoothly.
Negative: The apartment was certainly beautiful after the renovation, but several years have passed since then. The blinds on the windows were broken, the beds were narrow, the walls were scratched, in short, everything looked a bit shabby, but nothing terrible. What disappointed us was the lack of proper cleaning, when there was dust on the chandelier, the tiles in the bathroom need scrubbing, the rug had not been vacuumed for several months. The worst experience was the mold inside the washing machine, in which all the bed linen and towels were washed. Therefore, we preferred to use our own.

Positive: 1. Great location. There's only one metro stop from Saint-Charles train station or Old Port. 2. Roomy apartment with a good kitchen. We made our breakfast every day. 3. Quiet and comfortable. The apartment is located in a busy street but it's surprisingly quiet during the night.
Negative: The water drainage of a sink in the shower room needs to be cleaned up.

Positive: Excellent value for money. The property is clean, well maintained and in a great location, short walking distance from Old Port. Close to street market, cinema, mini supermarkets and restaurants. Beds and pillows are comfy. The street might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. But it was grand for us. The kitchen has everything that you might need. The host is great, communication is excellent. All information was provided in a timely manner. Thanks Arthur.

Positive: Location was easy to get to from train station. It was large enough for 3 people - a couple & a friend. 2 toilets were a bonus & a fabulous kitchen with all the facilities was handy. It was clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Communication with the owner was prompt & helpful. Information provided in the accommodation on good places to visit too.
Negative: No complaints as all good.
Summary: Marseille was truly a lovely France stay & a more restful alternative to Paris.

Positive: Given how central it was worried it’d be loud, but lovely quiet place with nice touches including several standing fans to help deal with the heat. A great base while in town for the Olympics
