Summary: A lovely Riad just on the edge of the medina, great to come back too after the hustle and bustle of the medina only a few minutes away. All the staff are so friendly and will do there utmost to make your stay special. The rooms are lovely & spacious. The airport return transfer was superb. It’s well worth going to there restaurant as the food and service was fantastic & you only have to walk across the road to it. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil oasis in Marrakesh

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Le Farnatchi! The service was truly excellent, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, we loved the rooftop and a big nightlight was the Hammam treatment at the spa. Highly recommend. Super quiet room and the most lux bathroom I have seen in a long time - but totally Moroccan. Thank you for having us - we hope to be back soon!

Summary: What an absolute haven of tranquility and luxury in the bustle of the medina! The property is top notch, the rooms are luxurious and well appointed. Airport pickup is included which is very handy. The breakfast is sumptuous and you can have it in your room, your terrace or in any of the public areas in the riad! Their restaurant is highly recommended for the local cuisine, it was a shame it was closed on the Tuesday evening when we wished to dine there for a second time!! Their spa is meant to be fabulous although we didnt use it. Going by the toiletries in the room and the hand-made soap I have no doubt that those reviews are well deserved! The best part of this establishment was the service. Nothing was too much trouble from recommending local tours to making dinner reservations. A special shout out to Saeeda who went out of her way to make our stay special! One of the best hotels that we have stayed anywhere in the world!!

Summary: Everything about this Riad is refined. They think of everything, there is always someone there to attend to your needs, they insisted on walking us to/ from cabs and dinners which was nice. We did a Hammam and it was a very lovely experience.

Summary: The hotel itself is beautiful and clean with great staff. I wish if the hotel was in a different location. It is in old madina, in a part where you have to walk by an unsafe area (especially at night) before reaching the hotel. Google maps showed us that we will arrive by car to the hotel front door, but obviously Google maps is not updates and we had to use Waze. There is a weird tight garage that was suspicious and those who work there have an attitude. They were very rude. We went to check the hotel and left our luggage at car, but decided not to stay. It was unsafe to walk with so many luggages even with the help of the hotel. We didn’t feel safe, so we had to leave and book another hotel for the same amount of nights at this hotel. We came back during the day to stay at this hotel but with a carry on bags for 1-2 nights. The staff did their best to convince us that it’s safe but I couldn’t ignore my gut.
