With a total surface area of 89 m2, on the ground floor, it is arranged as follows: The first door opens onto a private courtyard decorated with a few plants and equipped with garden furniture. In front of you, the entrance door: corridor, on the right, a shower room then a bedroom overlooking the courtyard. On the left, living room with kitchen separated by a bar, then two bedrooms and separate wc.

A first tram line (Line 1) is located at the bottom of the street, the other two as well as many buses at two stations. You are 5 minutes by tram from Nantes train station (Duchesse Anne stop) or 10 minutes on foot. It takes about 20 minutes by bus from the train station to the airport.
You can also use the bicycles of the city of Nantes "Les Bicloos" (24H subscription possible).

Summary: A great property for the price. A few things: There was a very dirty bowl with food that was in the cabinet Garbage instructions were unclear. The women who checked us in did not know where the trash belonged. A trash can appeared on Friday, the day we left. Did not know how to work the heat. It was very hot in the apartment Overall, a good apartment.
