Positive: It's good value for money, and the area isn't popular right now, but it's well-made and beautiful.

Negative: Communicating with the organization team was uncomfortable. I had to put all the information, like my name and mobile number, each time I needed to ask something. And when I asked for the garbage outside the door to be cleaned up, it stayed there for over a day. It can be better.

Summary: Worth it! But it can be better.

Positive: Good view of pool, convenient to walk there.

Negative: They only give 2 coffee capsules even though it’s 2 people for 3 days. In addition nowhere to buy capsules even if you want to. There should be enough for the whole stay. Everything in Korean so it’s difficult to understand the lights, remote control, toilet etc. as well all the msgs from hotel are in Korean with English following later.

Summary: Good view of pool , room size decent, good wifi but not foreigner friendly.

Positive: The room including kitchen and washing machine was roomy, modern and nice. Just the automated electronic toilet with too many features and just Korean writing are a challenge for foreigners. Thanks to google translates camera function, I survived also this :-)

Negative: The automatic check-in was not working as all the links in the email were removed by the firewall. Luckily the receptionist was very helpful and did the check-in manually. Automatic check-in = room for improvement The breakfast was very basic and simple. No tea, just a big tank with pre-prepared coffee, very little options to choose from. For such a big hotel I would expect a larger and higher quality breakfast buffet. As the hotel is next to the wave park and now there is off-season (winter time) it was not easy to find open restaurants near-by. I guess during main season this will change dramatically. Hopefully the quality of the breakfast is also better during main season.

Summary: Ok stay except breakfast and automatic check-inn trouble
