Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. Daniel gave us a warm welcome and shared great tips for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The location is just outside the center, but very convenient with a bus stopping right in front, taking you quickly to the city center and train station.

Summary: It's very clean, has everything you need. There is a bus stop right next to the entrance that goes to the center and the train station. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. The owner is very kind.

Summary: Unusual, just three double rooms and a small breakfast room, breakfast supervised by Daniel, the owner, so intimate. Room was good with a decent bathroom and good shower. Big bed, but not very comfortable and lumpy pillows. A lot of traffic noise; the property is on a main road. Bus stop right outside and supermarket next door. Daniel and his wife are attentive and friendly.
