Positive: loved this cosy apartment located in a quiet street. It had everything you need for a short stay. Eric is a great host, meeting us on arrival and explaining everything, including recommendations on where to eat and what to see. couldn't have asked for better in Toulouse

Positive: Great location , well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. It was in very good condition and spotlessly clean. We were a little late arriving but the host waited for us and showed us around in detail.

Negative: The living room area was a little plain.

Positive: The courtyard is very chic. The apartment had lots of attention to detail, like pods for the coffee machine, good lighting options, plenty of sockets, and enough towels. There really wasn't anything missing. The area is excellent, and many people told us we were staying in the best area of Toulouse. The apartment is completely silent at night, so you can rest after walking around the city. The hosts were friendly and able to offer recommendations for visiting the city. I would not hesitate to book again.
