Positive: Everything, newly renovated bedroom & bathroom. Very clean & every possible thing thought of including adapter plugs & sewing kit. The breakfast was amazing & we were able to sit out in the beautiful garden on one of the many tables & chairs available. Arriving on the Brittany Ferry to Caen it is only about 20 minutes drive.

Negative: Absolutely nothing

Positive: Absolutely beautiful place, less than 10 minutes from Pegasus Bridge so ideal if visiting the WWII historic sites. The accommodation is outstanding quality in every way, immaculately clean, and Anne our host could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The wet weather meant we sadly could not make use of the beautiful garden, but it's perfect for a break in a peaceful spot but close to amenities (a short walk to the local shops). The breakfast arrived on a trolley and was very generous and had obviously had a lot of thought put into it; the perfect French breakfast. Highly recommended!

Positive: Quiet, well set up apartment in a pretty rural village just outside Caen. Ideal for the start of our Normandy cycling holiday . Even had a parking space for us to leave our car for the week while we were away!

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: It was a beautiful apartment very modern, clean and exceptionally well stocked. Everything one could need in a neat little space. The landlady was exceptionally helpful. I am not sure if she spoke English (as we spoke in French) which may be a barrier to some but there is always Google translate!

Negative: It was a little tricky to find from the road at night in the darkness but this is a minor issue. Breakfast was very simple (delicious!) bread, local butter, milk and cereals but that might not suit some expecting a hot breakfast.

Positive: We had a wonderful night at Le Clos de l'Aiguillon and only wish we could have stayed longer. Anne was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, especially considering we booked last minute and didn’t arrive until 9:30 PM. The room was lovely, and the bathroom was excellent. We truly appreciated being able to bring our two dogs, which made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend a stay at Le Clos de l'Aiguillon.

Positive: Incredible little gem!! This place is magical and in a great position. The room was very clean and tidy but also very very cute. The owner went above and beyond to make sure all comforts are provided! It was great to have access to the pool and the beautiful garden. The breakfast was delicious too!! We are so happy we stayed here and would definitely want to come back!!
