Positive: Great hot spring we spent there 3 hours Tasty dinner not included Nice & clean wooden hut Good shower Good service

Negative: Our third bed was very basic and uncomfortable (disappointment for such level) Poor breakfast with un speaking English stuff. Was a real challenge to order food No buffet

Positive: - the reception area is great - the staff speaks English perfectly and is very nice - the area is huge, nearly no people here - the bungalows are huge and very comfy

Negative: - the expensive bungalows consist of 2 separate units, which are divided by only one thin wall you hear EVERYTHING - the bungalows have wood worms which are active during the night and very loud - the restaurant - the breakfast was ok, but not worth 400.000VND/person/breakfast! Aor dinner and lunch the only things we liked were the Pizza and the Crème Brûlée. The staff does not speak English at all. Therefore many mistakes happened with the orders. And you have to wait forever.. very poor service although nearly no customers.

Summary: not worth the money

Negative: There was no shower gel holder but pots of shower things. I ended up dropping the pot and it cost 200,000 to replace.
