Summary: The staff was wonderful, they went out of their way to help my sister and I with our train tickets and printing them out . Breakfast was wonderful and we had a glass of wine every night.

Summary: Fire could have been lit in the bar considering how cold it was, prices of breakfast and other meals were so exhorbitant I ate elsewhere, especially after the room service card I put outside my door for breakfast was not even collected by staff.
