Summary: Great location and beautiful property. They seemed understaffed and the staff was stressed and out of breath and dismissive. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.

Summary: Chateau d'Audrieu is truly an exceptional property. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was to die for and we really enjoyed dining at the restaurant in The Bar. The location was very convenient for exploring Normandy. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. We highly recommend staying at Chateau d'Audrieu!
