Positive: What a great location and exceptional host. Close and walking distance to everything, cafes, restaurants, canals and town. This is a high quality and tastefully decorated two bedroom, lounge/dining, kitchen which has everything you could need. A bonus is the verandah overlooking the canals, which I was told by Miguel the host and owner, will soon have a BBQ area for guest to use.

Negative: Could use a large sharp knife for preparation of food.

Positive: Apartment was excellent. Had all the amenities (and more) we needed for our stay, beds were very comfortable, and was very warm considering was middle of winter. Very short walk to the Cathedral, bars, restaurants, and Carrefour supermarket. Miguel was exceptionally helpful and personally showed us into the apartment and gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked. Train to Paris is only 1 hour so we were able to easily do a day trip there (train station is about 15 minute walk from the apartment)

Negative: Nothing, we totally enjoyed our stay.

Summary: If staying in Amiens this is a great choice of apartment.
