Positive: Location. Friendliness and helpfulness of host. Access to property. External facilities.

Negative: The requirement to clean the property should be made known by Booking.com prior to agreeing the contract. This is not the owner’s fault. She has a note (in French) taped up inside, but the option not to clean (I have mobility issues) accrues €100 in cleaning fees. It would have been helpful to know this in advance.
