Positive: Superb location feet from the promenade, free underground garage with lift direct to door, well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, induction hob and microwave plus both capsule and cafetière coffee makers. Host was excellent, meeting us at the property and giving us a full guide of the place. The apartment is bright modern and airy with an excellent view out across the countryside. Very comfortable for a couple. Supermarket and bus stop both 5 minutes walk. Lovely walk along the beach straight into the city, takes about 30 mins. Would definitely come back

Negative: Nothing of any importance. One of those draining racks to put plates in would be useful but truly everything is there

Positive: The location, right next to the beach and a short walk to to the Intra-Muros, is excellent. The flat is modern, clean and has everything we needed. Very nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed with a memory-foam mattress. There is a secure underground car park with an allocated parking space for the apartment which is a great advantage when street parking is unavailable.

Negative: The balcony faces away from the sea. There was an active building site adjacent to the apartment block with attendant noise.

Summary: Overall, the apartment is good value for money and in a superb location.

Positive: Accommodation was perfect for us as a couple. It was well located, comfortable, tastefully decorated, very clean, located beside beach, in very nice area and within walking distance of restaurants, good supermarket and old town. Car parking also available. Owners daughtet met us on arrival and was very helpful.
