Negative: While the apartment is comfortable, clean, and offers great views, the listing is inaccurate. It claims a washing machine is included, which was the main reason I booked it. It turns out the machine was removed years ago. The nearest laundromat is a 30-minute drive away, which was a time-consuming detour during my travels. Booking.com attempted to resolve this with the property on my behalf, but the host ignored them, and the listing remains uncorrected as of today. If you need a washing machine, look elsewhere. Otherwise, it's a pleasant stay.

Positive: an excellent host who went out off her way to make sure that we were not late for a fruneral in an adjecant hill town and left an execellent breakfast of frashly baked croisants with fleshly laid eggs.

Negative: a note to clients that you needed to turn the power shower onto full power to provide enough pressure to obtain hot water

Positive: My husband and I visited Cariano because it was the birthplace of his grandmother. It is a beautiful hilltop village surrounded by a lush countryside. The owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The bedroom was spacious and we enjoyed the use of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen. The breakfast pastries she brought over each morning were delicious!
