Positive: The place is clean and the rooms, as well as kitchen are of good size. It is on the 1st floor and we can say it is a quiet location. About 10 min walk from both - Pisa Centrale Railway Station and Pisa Airport. We walked to the Leaning Tower in about 25 min. A convenience store is located at about 6 min walking distance. Marco made sure that our stay was comfortable and even helped us hire a car at a very short notice!

Summary: Would stay here again and also would recommend it to anyone looking for a good independent place.

Positive: A great stay, excellent accommodation! A small welcome aperitif awaited us at the accommodation, and we communicated very well with the host Marco on WhatsApp. Everything was perfect, there are two large bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a living room with a very well organized kitchen! The location is very good, close to the airport, close to the train station, no noise. The yard is wonderful! Thanks Marco!

Positive: Very clean and functional. Small nice balcony. Good location in between airport and train station. Walkable. We had a rental car and it was easy to reach Florence, Lucca etc. Excellent host. Easy to communicate and pleasant. We also had a welcome apero waiting for us.

Negative: It’s functional not cozy. Chairs and sofa not comfortable to hang out.
